Human Anti-BTN3A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone CTX-2026) (CAT#: VS-0524-YC3)
Clone CTX-2026 is a novel human antibody targeting BTN3A1. CTX-2026 partially share an overlapping epitope with anti-BTN3A1 mAb 20.1. Clone CTX-2026 is effective at restoring pMHC:TCR. CTX-2026 also blocked human BTN3A1-mediated suppression of mouse αβ T-cells. CTX-2026 is sufficient to elicit coordinated αβ and γδ T-cell anti-tumor responses.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
