Human Anti-Citrullinated protein Recombinant Antibody (clone 1276SF-D10) (CAT#: PABS-0168)
This recombinant monoclonal antibody to Human Citrullinated protein is a Human monoclonal antibody that can be used for applications: ELISA, IHC, SPR. This product has shown the highest binding affinity for α-enolase (CEP1)
but exhibited 20-fold and almost 400-fold lower binding affinities to citrullinated peptides derived from fibrinogen and citrullinated peptides derived from vimentin, respectively.
