The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-FLNA (pSer2152) / FLNB (pSer2107) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated FLNA (Ser2152)/ FLNB (Ser2107) of human and rat. Phosphorylation of filamin A (FLNA) at serine 2152, along with serine 2107 in filamin B, is pivotal in regulating its functions, especially in cell adhesion, migration, and cytoskeletal dynamics. This modification stabilizes the protein and makes it resistant to cleavage by calpain. The anti-FLNA (pSer2152) / FLNB (pSer2107) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
