The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-HIST1H2AB (acetyl Lys9) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for human and mouse HIST1H2AB (acetyl Lys9). Acetylation at lysine 9 of the histone H2A variant HIST1H2AB is vital for modulating an important charge patch. This modification plays a significant role in regulating transcription, DNA repair, DNA replication, and maintaining chromosomal stability. The anti-HIST1H2AB (acetyl Lys9) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500), Immunocytochemistry (1/50), Immunofluorescence (1/50), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50).
