The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-HIST1H2AB (hydroxyl Tyr39) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for human and mouse HIST1H2AB (hydroxyl Tyr39). HIST1H2AB is a replication-dependent histone member of the H2A family, found in the histone cluster on chromosome 6, characterized by its intronless structure and palindromic termination instead of polyA tails. The anti-HIST1H2AB (hydroxyl Tyr39) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50).
