- The HIV-1 gp160 antibody has been reported in applications of Immunofluorescence, Neutralization. IF: H9 cells infected with MN strains were washed twice in PBS at 4°C,
resuspended in 5% BSA-PBS containing MoAb NM-01 (5 p.g/ml), and incubated overnight at 4°C. The cells were then washed three
times with PBS and resuspended with protein A-colloidal gold in 3% BSA-PBS. After incubation for 5 hr at 4°C, the cells were
washed again three times with PBS at 4°C, collected by centrifugation, and fixed with 2% glutaraldehyde in 0.1 M phosphate buffer
(pH 7.4, 450 mOsm). The fixed cells were washed in 8% sucrose-0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4, 450 mOsm) and postfixed with
7% sucrose-1% osmium tetroxide-0.1 M phosphate buffer.
