This product is a recombinant Alpaca single domain antibody that recognizes M. tuberculosis 16 kDa Heat Shock Protein. It reacted well with all M. tuberculosis substrains and M. bcg in different intensities, but not with M. avium, M. kanssasi, M. smegmatis, S. pneumoniae and H. influenzae.
