The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-NDRG1 (pSer330) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated NDRG1 (Ser330) of human and mouse. The phosphorylation of NDRG1 (N-myc downstream regulated gene 1) at Ser330 by SGK1 (serum- and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 1) is essential for NDRG1's ability to inhibit the NF-κB signaling pathway. This action can influence cell survival and function as a metastasis suppressor. The anti-NDRG1 (pSer330) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
