Mouse Anti-Nucleosome Recombinant Antibody (clone 3B10); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0231-YC-F(E))
Privided is a monoclonal antibodies binding to nucleosomes, total histones and to the H2A-H2B dimers but not to
individual histones or DNA. The clone 3B10 was selected based on their capacities to react with nuclei in an indirect immunofluorescence assay using cytospin preparations of HEp-2 cells as the substrate.
