Mouse Anti-Nucleosome Recombinant Antibody (clone 3F6) (CAT#: FAMAB-0229YC)
Privided is a monoclonal antibodies binding to nucleosomes, total histones and to the H2A-H2B dimers but not to
individual histones or DNA. The clone 3F6 was selected based on their capacities to react with nuclei in an indirect immunofluorescence assay using cytospin preparations of HEp-2 cells as the substrate.

Microtiter plates were coated with H2A-H2B dimer and incubated with mAb 3F6 (▽), 1A6 (●), 3B10 (○), 2E1 (▼) and various concentrations of H2AH2B dimers.
