The Rabbit Anti-PAX6 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat PAX6. PAX6 encodes a transcription regulator crucial for neural tissue development, with mutations linking to ocular disorders. It undergoes complex transcriptional regulation with multiple spliced isoforms. The anti-PAX6 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
