This porcine anti-PEDV antibody (clone PZZ 24) is a product that recognizes Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV).

Figure 1 The antibodies (scFv version) were further analyzed by phage ELISA.
An scFv that showed no affinity to PEDV antigen was used as a negative control. These scFvs were designated PZZ 21 (VS-0323-CJ42), PZZ 24 (VS-0323-CJ43), and PZZ 35 (VS-0323-CJ44), respectively.

PEDV-infected Vero E6 cells were incubated with PZZ 24 (VS-0323-CJ43) at 24 h post-infection and then stained with the FITC conjugated anti-His monoclonal antibody.

Vero E6 cells or porcine IPEC-J2 cells were incubated with 2-fold dilution of purified scFv (3.125-200 μg/mL), and the cell viability was calculated using the MTT assay kit.
