Figure 1 The antibodies (scFv version) were further analyzed by phage ELISA.

An scFv that showed no affinity to PEDV antigen was used as a negative control. These scFvs were designated PZZ 21 (VS-0323-CJ42), PZZ 24 (VS-0323-CJ43), and PZZ 35 (VS-0323-CJ44), respectively.

PEDV-infected Vero E6 cells were incubated with PZZ 24 (VS-0323-CJ43) at 24 h post-infection and then stained with the FITC conjugated anti-His monoclonal antibody.
