Figure 1 The antibodies (scFv version) were further analyzed by phage ELISA.

A scFv that showed no affinity to PEDV antigen was used as a negative control. These scFvs were designated PZZ 21 (VS-0323-CJ42), PZZ 24 (VS-0323-CJ43), and PZZ 35 (VS-0323-CJ44), respectively.
