This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody scFv Fragment that can recognize PfCyRPA. The parasite inhibitory anti-PfCyRPA c12 mAb binds tightly to PfCyRPA with a Kd of ca. 1 nM as determined by surface plasmon resonance analysis. The epitope recognized by mAb c12 is a surface composed of blade two and part of blade 3 of PfCyRPA.
