The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-RBL2 (pSer952) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated RBL2 (Ser952) of human. The phosphorylation of RBL2 (Retinoblastoma-like protein 2) at Ser952 plays a role in suppressing the transcriptional activity of Multicilin, thereby inhibiting multiciliogenesis. Additionally, it provides cardiomyocytes with resistance to apoptosis. The anti-RBL2 (pSer952) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
