Figure 1 The MAB were preincubated with human TNFα for 30 minutes and this mixture was added to the WEHI 164 cell media.
The final TNFα concentration in the cell media was either 0.2 ng/ml. The final MAB concentrations in the cell media were as indicated in FIG.
