The antibody scFv Fragment is applied to preparation of a drug or a pharmaceutical composition used for treating or preventing diseases with hTNF-alpha as a target spot, and preparation of a drug or a pharmaceutical composition used for treating or preventing autoimmune diseases. The anti-hTNF-alpha completely-humanized antibody has strong antigen binding affinity and significant neutralizing activity.
