H-2Dd/HIV IIIB gp120 (RGPGRAFVTI) MHC Pentamer (CAT#: MHC-YF497)
MHC pentamers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a MHC pentamer of peptide/MHC complex composed IIIB gp120-derived peptide of RGPGRAFVTI sequence covering 318-327 and H-2Dd molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabelled or fluorescent labelled, such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. All products are available in 50, 150 and 500 tests.

- Envelope glycoprotein gp160: Oligomerizes in the host endoplasmic reticulum into predominantly trimers. In a second time, gp160 transits in the host Golgi, where glycosylation is completed. The precursor is then proteolytically cleaved in the trans-Golgi and thereby activated by cellular furin or furin-like proteases to produce gp120 and gp41.
