Recombinant Human Anti-ABCD3 Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF2715) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2715)
Human TCR recognizes ABCD3 peptide (EEYLQAFTY) in the context of HLA-B*4405. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
