Recombinant Human Anti-ATP6AP1 Soluble TCR (NC1) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF4111)
Human TCR (NC1) recognizes ATP6AP1 peptide (KLGASPLHV) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
