The recombinant IgG1 antibodies against B. malayi antigen BmSXP. The scFv sequences were previously isolated from a phage display library constructed using RNA of humans infected with B. malayi. The scFv-Fc format combines the antigen-binding specificity of the scFvs with the stability and multiple labeling sites offered by the Fc portion of human IgG1. The antibody aims to produce mAbs for lymphatic filariasis rapid diagnosis.
