Human TCR (A4.5) recognizes EBV BMLF1 peptide (GLCTLVAML) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
