Recombinant Human Anti-gag Soluble TCR (TCR11) (C-Cys)

Human TCR (TCR11) recognizes gag peptide (Gag 164-183) in the context of HLA-DR4. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
