The anti-TARTK scFv-Fc is derived from the heavy chain (VH) and light chain (VL) sequences of TARTK IgG1. These sequences were initially used to generate the scFv fragment, which was then cloned into a mammalian expression vector. Ultimately, a scFv-Fc expression construct was created, allowing for the fusion of the scFv with the Fc region. This fusion enhances the stability of the molecule and prolongs its half-life in circulation. The anti-TARTK scFv-Fc represents an innovative approach to harnessing the immune system in the fight against tumors.
