Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human ADAMTS5. The anti-ADAMTS-5 antibodiess are useful in the treatment of a condition associated with cartilage degradation. In particular, such degradation is observed in osteoarthritis and in other forms of arthritides.
