Recombinant Human Anti-Betula Bet v1 Antibody (BV16) (CAT#: PABZ-014)

Recombinant Human Antibody (BV16) is capable of binding to Betula Bet v1, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-Betula Bet v1 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-Betula Bet v1 mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. BV16 inhibits the binding of human serum IgE to Bet v 1 by ∼40%. Moreover, the BV16 mAb shows cross-reactivity with the homologous major allergens from alder and hornbeam.
