Anti-Human CD22 Recombinant Antibody (VM1000) (CAT#: TAB-002LC)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD22. VM1000 is a humanized antibody that can be potentially used in the treatment of non-Hodkin's lymphoma, acute lymphocytic leukemia and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Figure 1 shows data for the surface binding and internalization analysis on CD22 expressing human lymphoma cells, such as Daudi, RAMOS and RAJI B cell lines by fluorescent activated cell sorting (FACS) of selected clone from VM1000.
Figure 2 show induction of CD22 tyrosine phosphorylation of CD22 present on the surface of the human lymphoma cell line Daudi upon exposure to selected antibodies from VM1000, VM1001, VM1002, VM1003, VM1004, VM1005, VM1006, VM1007, VM1008, VM1009, VM1010, VM1011, VM1012, VM1013, VM1014, and VM1015
Figure 3 show induction of CD22 tyrosine phosphorylation of CD22 present on the surface of the human lymphoma cell line Daudi upon exposure to selected antibodies from VM1000, VM1001, VM1002, VM1003, VM1004, VM1005, VM1006, VM1007, VM1008, VM1009, VM1010, VM1011, VM1012, VM1013, VM1014, and VM1015
