Aptide scaffold protein anti-Human HER2 (CAT#: SAP-L048)
The aptide that bound HER2 was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, aptide variants were identified having affinities (KD=89 nM) for HER2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
