CH2 domain anti-ERBB2 (SCH-L060)

The CH2 domain that bound Her2 was isolated from the library using phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, CH2 domain variants were identified having affinities (KD=10 nM) for Her2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
