Anti-Progesterone antibody is a Mouse of Fab class that binds to an Progesterone. The monoclonal anti-progesterone antibody binds progesterone with nanomolar affinity (Ka approximately 10 (9) M-1).

Samples were run on 11% SDS-PAGE and electrotransferred to an Immobilon-P membrane (PVDF); the blot was probed with HRP-coupled sheep antimouse k.
