Mouse Anti-CD22 Recombinant Antibody (clone HB22-23); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0034-YJ-F(E))
This product is a recombinant mouse Fab that recognizes the first two Ig-like domains, or to an epitope within the first two Ig-like domains of native human CD22 (hCD22). Mab HB22-23 can block red blood cell and leukocyte adhesion to CD22 and functions in the treatment of autoimmune disease and B-cell malignancies.
