Human Anti-ERBB2 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-0609LY-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-0609LY-F(E))
This is a recombinant human antibody fab fragment that binds to ERBB2. The clone can bind specifically to the human HER2 antigen. It significantly inhibited HER3 phosphorylation upregulation in MCF 7 cells that was induced by Heregulin-α.
