Figure 2 This result demonstrated that trastuzumab and 19H6-hu could bind to HER2 expressed from BT474 cells simultaneously without interfering each other’s binding when applied together.

The group in red (pseudo-color) are BT474 cells labeled with PE-labeled trastuzumab (Tras) only (MFI> 105 ); The group in green (pseudo-color) are BT474 cells simultaneously labeled with PE-labeled trastuzumab (Tras) and FITC-labeled 19H6-Hu at a MFI> 105 for both channels.
