Effective On Paraffin Sections
We used this recombinant IgM antibody for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tumor tissues. It stained the neoplasm cells distinctly, helping us characterize the tissue architecture. The retrieval process was standard, and the antibody performed well at the recommended dilutions. Good for pathology research.
Useful For RIA
Our lab utilized this antibody in a radioimmunoassay to detect tumor markers. The binding was specific and reproducible.
