Ruxolitinib is an anticancer drug and Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to treat myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Ruxolitinib Antibody is an ADA against Ruxolitinib, generated in rabbits immunized with the drug. This antibody can be utilized in ELISA, PK, and PD analyses, or serve as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also serves as a valuable tool for drug monitoring, enabling the measurement of Ruxolitinib levels and assessing its efficacy.
