Mouse Anti-SREBF1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2A4)

The Mouse Anti-SREBF1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2A4) is a recombinant antibody targeting amino acids 301-407 of human SREBP-1. It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). SREBF1 is a bHLH-Zip transcription factor that binds to the sterol regulatory element-1 (SRE1), regulating genes involved in sterol biosynthesis. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying lipid metabolism and gene expression.
