Recombinant Human Anti-HCV NS3 Soluble TCR (I7B7) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2971)
Human TCR (I7B7) recognizes HCV NS3 peptide (aa 1073-1081) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
