Recombinant Rabbit Anti-UCHL1 Capture Antibody (clone R18-1C-8) (CAT#: VS3-WK1908)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human UCHL1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human UCHL1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R18-1C-8 and R37-3A-8. The clone R18-1C-8 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human UCHL1.

- Ubiquitin-protein hydrolase involved both in the processing of ubiquitin precursors and of ubiquitinated proteins. This enzyme is a thiol protease that recognizes and hydrolyzes a peptide bond at the C-terminal glycine of ubiquitin. Also binds to free monoubiquitin and may prevent its degradation in lysosomes. The homodimer may have ATP-independent ubiquitin ligase activity.
