Anti-DDR1 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This is an antibody that specifically binds to the extracellular domain of human discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) outside the discoidin domain, and which reduces or blocks collagen- induced autophosphorylation of DDR1 without preventing collagen binding to DDR1. Discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is a promising therapeutic target for a number of aggressive cancers.
