Versatile Application Range
This mouse antibody is incredibly versatile. We have successfully used it for Western Blot, ELISA, and Immunofluorescence. It consistently recognizes human GP2 in all these applications. Clone 30C2 has high specificity, making it our go-to reagent for studying zymogen granule membrane proteins.
Perfect For IF
We used this antibody for immunofluorescence staining of intracellular zymogen granules, and the images were fantastic. The specificity for GP2 is high, and we saw very little background. Being a recombinant mouse IgG2b, it was easy to pair with our standard secondary antibodies.
