Human Anti-ERBB2 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0609LY-S(P))

This is a recombinant human antibody scfv fragment that binds to ERBB2. The clone can bind specifically to the human HER2 antigen. It significantly inhibited HER3 phosphorylation upregulation in MCF 7 cells that was induced by Heregulin-α.
