Human Anti-HAVCR2 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-N0127-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-N0127-YC-S(P))
Provided is a recombinant human scFv binding to HAVCR2. It can bind to Kasumi-3 cells and to activated human CD8+ T cells by flow cytometric analysis. It can block the binding of human or cynomolgus TIM-3 to phosphatidylserine-expressing cells.
