Recombinant Mouse Anti-PIM2 Soluble TCR (YC45) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2273)
Mouse TCR (YC45) recognizes PIM2 peptide (2,6-[Di-O-α-d-mannopyranosyl]-1-O-[1,2-di-O-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoryl]-d-myo-inositol) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (YC45). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
