Mouse TCR (YC45) recognizes PIM2 peptide (2,6-[Di-O-α-d-mannopyranosyl]-1-O-[1,2-di-O-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoryl]-d-myo-inositol) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR is expressed with Knob-in-hole (KIH) strategy (scTCR-hIgG Knob, scTCR-hIgG Hole). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
