Anti-Human CD28 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (ChTN228) (CAT#: TAB-068LC-F(E))
ChTN228 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD28. The clone ChTN228 is a chimeric antibody (mouse/human) that may be utilized in treating transplant rejection. The ChTN228 antibody from transient supernatant bound to P815/CD28+ cells in a concentration-dependent manner. TAB-068LC-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of TAB-068LC antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
