Human Anti-CD28 Recombinant Antibody (clone FR255734) (CAT#: HPAB-0132CQ)

This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes CD28. FR255734 is a humanized IgG2κ anti-human CD28 antibody that has the complementary determining regions of the mouse anti-human monoclonal antibody TN228 and the Fc domain of human IgG2M3 in which two amino acid mutations (V234A, G237A) have been introduced into the human γ2 chain to eliminate binding of the antibody to FcγR. FR255734 does not cross-react with mouse CD28.
