HPAB-0245-FY is a Mouse IgG1 antibody that specifically targets the human CD28 protein. CD28, also known as cluster of differentiation 28 polypeptide, is a surface protein found on T-cells. Its primary function is to provide co-stimulatory signals, which are essential for the activation and survival of T-cells. HPAB-0245-FY-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0245-FY antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
