HPAB-0245-FY is a Mouse IgG1 antibody that specifically targets the human CD28 protein. CD28, also known as cluster of differentiation 28 polypeptide, is a surface protein found on T-cells. Its primary function is to provide co-stimulatory signals, which are essential for the activation and survival of T-cells. HPAB-0245-FY-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of HPAB-0245-FY antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
