Mouse Anti-Cd28 Agonistic Antibody (clone JJ316) (CAT#: VS-0724-XY13)
This product is an agonistic mouse antibody that recognizes Cd28 (Cd28 molecule), which involves in T cell activation and T cell costimulation. It was made by immunizing BALB/c mice with rat CD28 cDNA-transfected A20/J cells. This antibody specifically recognizes rat Cd28. It has been used in a variety of applications, such as Flow cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Costimulation or Agonistic assays.
