It is an agonistic rat antibody specific for Cd28, which enables protein kinase binding activity. The antibody specifically targets mouse Cd28. This product has been tested using Flow cytometry, Agonistic assays and Mass Cytometry. The recommended dilutions of Flow cytometry and Agonistic assays is 0.25 µg/106 cells and 0.07-0.42 µg/mL.
